how often can you donate plasma:
How much plasma needs to collect is dependent on the weight of the person. Medical staff will check properly and then conduct plasma donation. FDA authorizes plasma donation up to 2 times within a 7 day period, provided that there is at least one to two days between donations.
Take care before donating:
Before donation of plasma make sure you are not eating fatty foods like pizza, burgers etc. Because it makes plasma donation process more complicated. These type of food increase fatty acid which slow down process of filtering your blood and Plasma.
